  • We pitched and won contract focusing on new business plan with growth and a 20 target client sales drive from 2005 to 2009
  • Establishing client characteristics and company positioning real factors
  • Our role included consulting to build a direct sales force and telemarketing We project managed the lead generation aspects using Goldmine
  • We identified with HBC a hit list of some 2000 UK manufacturing firms
  • Reworked marketing plan, brand, marketing collateral, website & all literature

  • We were commissioned to research and author 8 case studies.  The project involved interviewing clients on their own sites about the business relationship with HBC and so the published case studies were fully customer approved
